Our service contract has a solution for every installation. Our service offer comes as various packages:
Support option
The investor has a package that allows him to carry out onsite maintenance himself.
Our partnership offers are aimed at developing self-reliance in operating and maintaining the equipment. They are modular and negotiable to suit needs.
In every case, we offer training modules, provide the necessary documentation for newly trained teams to carry out maintenance, and ensure spare parts for preventive maintenance during the warranty period.
The services can be added to as necessary in the form of support by our project teams to carry out or assist with bi-annual preventive maintenance, as well as managerial help during very busy periods.
This support option can be contracted for two to five years.
Maintenance Option
This comprehensive offer is restricted to large EPC projects.
With this option, the client's staff can be trained within a specified period of time. This package is normally offered for a two year period, which is sufficient for the client's staff to acquire the self-reliance and expertise to take over. Paktim's philosophy, focused on sustainable development, aims at transferring know-how and on the client taking over the facility as soon as possible.
However, if the client wishes, this package can be offered for longer periods.
We offer a wide range of services:
- Operation monitoring with centralised supervision 24/7.
- Hotline.
- Emergency interventions.
- Operations and maintenance contracts.
- Expert inspection or repair of equipment by one of our strategic partners.
- Expert consulting (at least two experts per subsidiary).
- Maintenance audits.
- Waste management and treatment charter.
