Strategic Alliances
Critical for a niche consultancy is the ability to have the capability and flexibility. Paktim achieves this at two levels:
- We have a core balanced network of staff and associates focused on design and consultancy.
- We upscale to meet more significant requirements through corporate strategic alliances.
Paktim benefits from relationships with several strategic service partners, but three of which are critical to the success of our projects. The three critical alliances enable Paktim to meet ad hoc resource requirements across the more critical EPC and Smart grid projects. Most importantly, they enable Paktim to spearhead more substantial integrated offers to clients.
