Quality

All our projects are guided by our standardized Quality Assurance (QA) processes or plans.

Paktim has a defined internal Quality Control procedure as part of internal business processes. The purpose of the quality control procedure is to ensure that all deliverables made to clients are of the highest quality, maximise the benefit of our solutions to our clients, comply with relevant regulations and standards and minimise risks in programme delivery.

All Paktim employees are required to comply with the quality control procedure and the relevant quality control processes. Our project Quality Plan shall contain clearly defined roles and responsibilities to aid the project delivery.

Paktim is committed to the concept of Quality Assurance as defined in ISO 9001:2009, recognizing that no organization or service can remain static in a world of continuously advancing technology.

Paktim is committed to the continual improvements of its operational and management systems to achieve excellence and to achieve innovative, safe, and economical engineering solutions in every project undertaken. This is achieved through regular review of performance, working methods, and staff training.

Paktim observes the highest standards of health and safety. It is our policy to reduce or prevent where possible, all risks associated with the health and safety of both our employees and the general public.

Our health and safety policy is documented in our Quality Management System (QMS) handbook, which can be made available on request. Implementing and maintaining a comprehensive and effective health and safety program will ensure the safety of our employees, property and the environment.

Paktim Group requires every person working for and with Paktim to become familiar with the standard health and safety policies as required by the host country.
